健身
原来误会了健身的价值,现在发现问题出在低效的训练方式
进行了五次训练,减重了3公斤,胸围也变宽了。妈呀,我过去的三年是接近无效训练啊。。我曾经以为健身没有什么用,现在我意识到其实是我没有正确地使用它。曾经的误区是:增肌等于增肥。但现在我明白,如果我选择小重量、少摄入蛋白,肌肉增长会更慢,同时也会消耗脂肪。晚上少吃也是一个好习惯。50% eat, 40% gym, 10% sleep。
姿势是提升健身效益最重要的因素。我曾经用了一年的时间,却无法达到我一次训练五次、每次1.5小时的效果。以下是我现在的训练法则:
2. 最后一轮尽力到极限:每一次训练的最后一轮,你都要做到极限,从而达到最佳的训练效果。
3. 从小重量到大重量/做更多的次数:比如,一轮做16-20次,总共做3-4轮。这样可以让你的肌肉在逐渐增加的负荷下进行锻炼,从而更好地增长。
每轮训练后要放松:每次训练后,你都要放松一下,让肌肉有时间恢复,以准备下一轮的训练。
4. 呼吸:正确的呼吸方式可以帮助你更好地进行训练,也可以让你的肌肉得到更好的供氧。
5. 动作距离:动作的距离越大,你的训练效果就越好。这是因为大距离的动作可以更全面地锻炼你的肌肉。
6. 有针对性的训练:根据身体的血液循环,你应该集中在一个区域进行训练。因为血液会流向你锻炼的区域,所以集中训练一个区域是更有效的。
在明白这些训练原则后,我发现自己的训练效果有了明显的提升。这让我明白,正确的训练方式是获取健身效果的关键。
