如何同步进行

1. 先策划好Flytime, Youtube, 和RAG 的路径

   需要定好关键假设,和验证指标 (周期要短)

2. 看看哪个需要自己弄,哪个可以外包

3. 每周定好那一天干什么事情 - 比如四天RAG,两天Youtube,然后一天Flytime

4. 行程不要太紧凑 还要六几个小时,来看看新机会,和思考全局。

- 先找好顾客 (不是你自己,不要用做不好自己也可以用,自己用的开发可以少点90%,也不是存靠利他,就是要解决问题)
- 朋友也可以多聊聊
- MVP 太大 (不要找design, 用streamlit 这种)
- 多和客户谈,少开发
- 多读读公司内部use case, 少开发
- 在心里有个底时,才行动
- 需要找个方向,初期努力,后期可以懒惰也能持续。
- 战略上要勤劳,战术上懒惰,放松
- 战术上要做的是,练习基本功。

工作方面

4. 当然同样时间很重要,时机不对,就要耐心地准备着,然后等着,时间对了就出击。
5. 准备很重要,让你一次推25kg不行,但我用了5个月练习,从14kg到25kg,现在就ok了。
6. 需要增加visibility - 以利他为主打。

1. 这会儿,无求的劲多了点,但是心里还是杂念多,求的也不少,需要靠着战术上的懒惰,来提高修炼成果。
2. 修法修行,双管齐下,无加持,难成功,不努力,加持无用。修法 - 多花时间。修行 - 多下决心,先苦后乐。
3. 人生的日子不多了。一样,打好基本功,慢慢练。不要最求快。慢慢练,快快到。
4. 给自己安排闭关。
5. 利他多一点。

助力 - 你有目标吗?没有人生目标,或者其他目标,助什么力。

松 - 你有目标吗?有,慢慢的走,走那么快你要赶去哪里,走得慢,走的舒服,才走得远。

紧 - 慢慢的走,但也要坚持的走,恒心的走,松中也要有紧,紧不在快,在坚持。

zz - 以色列和美国的关系

 若再细究,美国的背后又是谁呢?最近发生在美国校园里的一些事件,让不少人傻眼。多所名牌大学有学生支援巴勒斯坦,结果被华尔街的犹太大雇主以“永不得录用”的天条惩罚,随后法律圈中的犹太学术大腕和律所老板也以同样的高压姿态跟进。被人肉搜索后,不少学生被迫噤声,一些大学则收到犹太金主取消捐款的威胁。说好的言论自由,还有学术独立呢?当犹太权贵们集体发力,这些崇高理念统统得靠边站。

有人粗略统计,犹太人在美国虽只占3%,却掌握了70%的财富。在政治权势上,情况也大致类似。布林肯在以色列认祖归宗,说自己是犹太人。美国不只国务卿,财政部长、总检察长、情报总监、安全部长……都是犹太人。

拜登是爱尔兰后裔,但他的下一代全都有犹太血统,因为两个媳妇和一个女婿全是犹太人。特朗普女婿是犹太人,就更为世人知晓了。女儿嫁犹太人,当然也皈依了犹太教。重点是:这位女婿当年主掌美国的中东政策,倾向不言而喻,结果大使馆迁到耶路撒冷,等于不惜挑衅阿拉伯人,承认这里就是以色列首都。

美国主流传媒的拥有者多为犹太人,企业和文化界精英中犹太人比重,也都大得惊人。其实撇开影响力,单就族群数量来说,地球上有最多犹太人的国家不是以色列,而是美国(约760万),这点冷知识,估计少为人知。

总之,以色列有事,就是美国有事,彼此是绑定的。美国是战或和的终极决断者,其次是以色列,再次是巴勒斯坦人。其余的,充其量只能被动做出反应,如伊朗、阿拉伯“兄弟”、欧盟、中俄等等。

所以拜登第一时间必须到特拉维夫,和内坦亚胡拥抱。但之后与约旦、埃及领导人,以及巴勒斯坦总统阿巴斯的会面安排,因加沙医院被炸告吹。贵为美国总统,被人家在最后一刻拒见,重点还不是难堪,而在于这是个危险信号。

接着我们看到开罗峰会上,阿拉伯人对以色列一片骂声。而几乎同时,拜登在白宫和欧盟领导人力挺以色列并对哈马斯发出谴责,两边的裂痕越来越明显。

健身

 原来误会了健身的价值,现在发现问题出在低效的训练方式

进行了五次训练,减重了3公斤,胸围也变宽了。妈呀,我过去的三年是接近无效训练啊。。
这此也不是非常累的那种,而且也不多花时间。

我曾经以为健身没有什么用,现在我意识到其实是我没有正确地使用它。曾经的误区是:增肌等于增肥。但现在我明白,如果我选择小重量、少摄入蛋白,肌肉增长会更慢,同时也会消耗脂肪。晚上少吃也是一个好习惯。50% eat, 40% gym, 10% sleep。

姿势是提升健身效益最重要的因素。我曾经用了一年的时间,却无法达到我一次训练五次、每次1.5小时的效果。以下是我现在的训练法则:
1. 正确的姿势:确保不能借力进行动作,这样可以确保你的每一次训练都是有效的。
2. 最后一轮尽力到极限:每一次训练的最后一轮,你都要做到极限,从而达到最佳的训练效果。
3. 从小重量到大重量/做更多的次数:比如,一轮做16-20次,总共做3-4轮。这样可以让你的肌肉在逐渐增加的负荷下进行锻炼,从而更好地增长。
每轮训练后要放松:每次训练后,你都要放松一下,让肌肉有时间恢复,以准备下一轮的训练。
4. 呼吸:正确的呼吸方式可以帮助你更好地进行训练,也可以让你的肌肉得到更好的供氧。
5. 动作距离:动作的距离越大,你的训练效果就越好。这是因为大距离的动作可以更全面地锻炼你的肌肉。
6. 有针对性的训练:根据身体的血液循环,你应该集中在一个区域进行训练。因为血液会流向你锻炼的区域,所以集中训练一个区域是更有效的。

感悟:

1. 现在加学习试错都挺快了,以后没有这个部分就更快了

2. 发现了这是个accelerate process, 本来快,后面还会更快

3. 现在都是文字学习,以前一个command 没搞懂,需要各种找 - 搜寻,看video, 问stackoverflow, 自己试,现在都不需要了,一个问题就搞定。而且看文字是最快的学习方法。马不停蹄的学习开发。

4.开发整体来说是加快6倍到10倍,感觉后面还会继续放大 - 因为有了utilty, 更加熟悉chatgpt(怎么问问题), 和language 本身(减少学习和试错时间)。

5. 傍晚时间会给自己一个rest (驾车,运动 等), 感觉这样很好调和比较紧的工作,和生活。
