 When you are an employee of an organization

Strength: Communication (with boss, colleague), Strategy: Picking the right project, who to collaborate with are more important to climb ladder


When you are an entrepreneur (you basically function as CEO)

Strength: Execution, Strategy: Attacking the right market...

1. Employee:

    - **Adaptability**: In the fast-paced modern workplace, employees who can adapt to new technologies, workflows, and team dynamics tend to stand out. This includes the ability to learn new tools quickly, adjust to new management styles, and thrive in a changing environment.

    - **Teamwork and Collaboration**: Employees who can work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment are invaluable. They help to create a workplace that is more productive, innovative, and enjoyable.

    - **Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving**: The ability to analyze situations, identify potential problems, and create effective solutions is highly beneficial. This goes beyond technical problems to include issues like workflow inefficiencies, client relations challenges, etc.

    - **Initiative and Proactiveness**: Being able to identify what needs to be done and taking the initiative to do it without being asked is a strength that is appreciated in most organizations.

2. Entrepreneur (CEO):

This involves identifying opportunities in the market, understanding how to leverage resources, and planning for various scenarios.

    - **Decision-Making**: Entrepreneurs often need to make decisions quickly, under pressure, and with incomplete information. The ability to make good decisions in these circumstances is a critical strength.

    - **Resilience and Persistence**: Starting a business is a challenging process, filled with setbacks and failures. Entrepreneurs need to be resilient in the face of these challenges and persistent in pursuing their goals.
