健身

 原来误会了健身的价值,现在发现问题出在低效的训练方式

进行了五次训练,减重了3公斤,胸围也变宽了。妈呀,我过去的三年是接近无效训练啊。。
这此也不是非常累的那种,而且也不多花时间。

我曾经以为健身没有什么用,现在我意识到其实是我没有正确地使用它。曾经的误区是:增肌等于增肥。但现在我明白,如果我选择小重量、少摄入蛋白,肌肉增长会更慢,同时也会消耗脂肪。晚上少吃也是一个好习惯。50% eat, 40% gym, 10% sleep。

姿势是提升健身效益最重要的因素。我曾经用了一年的时间,却无法达到我一次训练五次、每次1.5小时的效果。以下是我现在的训练法则:
1. 正确的姿势:确保不能借力进行动作,这样可以确保你的每一次训练都是有效的。
2. 最后一轮尽力到极限:每一次训练的最后一轮,你都要做到极限,从而达到最佳的训练效果。
3. 从小重量到大重量/做更多的次数:比如,一轮做16-20次,总共做3-4轮。这样可以让你的肌肉在逐渐增加的负荷下进行锻炼,从而更好地增长。
每轮训练后要放松:每次训练后,你都要放松一下,让肌肉有时间恢复,以准备下一轮的训练。
4. 呼吸:正确的呼吸方式可以帮助你更好地进行训练,也可以让你的肌肉得到更好的供氧。
5. 动作距离:动作的距离越大,你的训练效果就越好。这是因为大距离的动作可以更全面地锻炼你的肌肉。
6. 有针对性的训练:根据身体的血液循环,你应该集中在一个区域进行训练。因为血液会流向你锻炼的区域,所以集中训练一个区域是更有效的。
7. 训练时不要放松肌肉: 确保做动作时始终保持一定的紧张度。


在明白这些训练原则后,我发现自己的训练效果有了明显的提升。这让我明白,正确的训练方式是获取健身效果的关键。

Previous myth:
inc muscle weight >> fast reduce weight
now -> if go for smaller weight and lesser protein, muscle go slower
east less at nigth

The posture - most important that increase the ROI
(I use 1 year, can't reach like I train 5 times, 1.5 hours per session)
1. right posture (使到不能借力)
2. do to the max extent for the last round
3. small weight to high weight/do for more reps (e.g., 16-20) (3-4 rounds)
4. relax after each round
5. 呼吸
6. moving distance (bigger the better)
7. from top (head) to bottom (toe)
8. don't relax the muscle during training, make sure it always tense to some extent when doing the action
