我发现和我一起做东西的印度人 口上功夫可以学学
做了一个小feature, 就不停的说
最最重要就是provide一些别人不知道/没想到的小insight, 而不是common sense comment.
然后present的时候 非常自然 就和平常说话一样
靠别人
1. praise and acknowledge their work
2. help them and place yourself as secondary
3. no complaint when there is a work
4. give comments that is relevant to their KPI, give inspired comment, not common sense comment.
