其实我觉得很多时候，别人问你想法的时候，你就

a. pause and think，

b say what you truly believe，

这样简单高效效果好。

那如果你truly believe 的不好说呢

那就选你believe但是能说的，反正一件事有那么多面可以说的。

说的时候，就是

开始 - context 或赞同

meat - 你的想法 (core value)

结束 - end positively.

回答问题的时候不要太去focus on 细节，要提升到value层面。而这个truly believe的就是这个value.

 我感觉长期思维是个好东西。

以前投资都特别在意什么时候买卖，现在，基本不太care，反正长期来说总会步入正轨。

花的时间从每天的几小时基本变成0。

我真的变得不太在意自己的盈亏，毕竟是一时的。

这个思维其实可以用在日常生活中。

你现在工作中做的什么东西，别人的评价，自己的自我感觉，其实放个三五年来说-已经不算什么。

怎么去思考这个事情呢？看看过去就知道了：

小学 - 好奇劲儿 （后来博士）

初中/高中 - 拼搏的劲儿的培养 （后来各种突破），数学，英文，中文

大学 - 电脑基础知识，编程

读博士/博后- phd, papers, 还有老婆, 研究方法

第一家公司 - 工资， SME经历

第二家公司 - NLP，创业公司的经历

现在 未知 - 但应该是 Consultation, 大公司经历

每一个阶段，屈指可数的东西。

那什么东西不是特别重要呢？太多了。

比如：

1. 这几个阶段里面最气的东西 - 虽然我不常生气，但生气了的substance其实也不太重要 - 所以更不应该生气了；

2. 老板、同事对自己的看法；

3. 让自己紧张得睡不着的事情 - 没想到有哪个是特别重要的；

4. 让自己兴奋的事情；

5. 自己做的不好出丑的事情。

于是乎，大部分的emotional turbulence 都是无用的 - too excited or negative.

但是passion, positive, endurance这种有用。

Long term 思维太有帮组了。

有了long term 你可以relax些，因为对于三五年后有重大影响的事情并不多。

但是你也得多想想，什么东西现在必须做，等三五年后开花结果。

抓点有兴趣的。

闲人

发现很多人中之杰都是闲人

骂声中闲着

困难中闲着

目标执行中闲着

处处闲着

另外要学闲着，不能只是学着别人闲着而闲着，有样学样，闲着不是目的，而是一种副产品。

更必须从perspective下手，只有你从骨子里说服自己这样是对的，你才能闲着。

我感觉一般只有我特累或者身体不太对的时候，没有太多精力去反应，而变成一个闲人

开公司

 以前PhD是老想开个公司，先记下当时的想法：

1. 可以确定自己的input, 可以成为自己的output, 比较适合工作狂

2. 能generate更多paper

3. 可以套现，可以做点有意义的研究

4. 战略什么的都可以诉诸实际

5. CEO 就好像PHD有点什么特殊的意义

6. 周围的人都说着，鼓舞着开公司

现在的想法(基于中国区而已，必然有bias)

1. 这些CEO有点sales的性格，看到一块肉，就很直觉的去把它吃了，哪管你什么procedure, 生存最重要；

2. 好多年轻的CEO, 我周围的人怎么都还搞研究，搞职业阶梯－或许还没有进到相关圈子；听一群经验者的分享，混屯变成了清晰。需要继续往这种圈子里学习实战经验；

3. 面对大众，需要有侃侃而谈的一种习惯; 要把自己的想法说出去来吸引人－不能再用自己老问问题的方式来吸取知识　－　需要吸取注意，吸取资金，吸引人　－　当然也要吸取知识；

4. 我需要有强大的adaptability，应该开始会有些不适应，后面会比较enjoy - 就像PhD那样。

5. 要很自然速度的做决定－就是没有迟疑，没有碍于面子，直接从脑里到行动，用的是common sense.

6. 没有道德绑架，直接在可行和不可行上做分析

7. 很有自信在自己第一次摸索的地方开展自己的人脉

8.抄大佬或者其他对方的手法－但是要提醒自己需要注意context和创新。

当然最初的想法still correct, 只是这道菜味道更清晰了, 在工业界待了几年，对于paper 也变得没有什么执念了。做研究，创业什么的，其实都是一种思想，paper 和公司只是这种思想的产物。你要执念于这种思想。

 最近因为clubhouse被拉进了不知道谁是谁的微信群，大家都叫大家大佬，我就先潜伏看看

记录一些有意思的是语录

新年大计

新年大计就是理一下

１．到底多少时间在工作

２．到底有没有用最简单，最正确的路径工作

３．到底混不混屯，目标明不明确

新年愿望就是培养高效的习惯。

定义下高效：

－　Have fun, concentrate, and relax - like doing math - that make it sustainable

－　最少输入，最大输出 - be lazy

－　不做累赘无用功 - be discipline

－　不emotionally决定时间，一起按理来 - be discipline

大年初一嘛　从小接受的思想是这天做的事情以后会持续做

有吗？好像也没有，也就是３６５天里平凡的一天

但是周围的环境被撤换了新年的氛围。

但是，有点想在新年闲着的想法，于是脑子开始又混屯起来，决定写一写博客，理一理思绪。

今年和往年不一样的地方是，有了个小孩，只能在新加坡过新年，还有在创业的路上过新年。

前面两点是新的，后面一点又不一样吗，以前都是在努力学习的情况下过新年。

这种不学习，纯玩乐就是荒废时光的想法，对于人生还是有帮组的。

后来说了一堆前提，来看看未来三天的日程：

照理来说按照这个time tagging 应该是搞得定的。

现在有引出一个跟重要的问题　－　我到底一天花多少时间在工作上

不太了解，感觉貌似时间变少了，陪孩子，午睡等。

还有可能其他的时间比较馄饨。

所以呢就有了前面的.
