1. Start with business problem (not tech problem) - find the technology to solve it - not the other way round (best way is SOP we can use SOP, otherwise we use data-driven); Need data scientist to know more on the business.  business meaning, not only tech meaning

2. Good appreciation of business problem

3. Business - Understand via Touchpoint (even in a meeting that you are not speaking)- not via presentation (as dynamic, complex). 

Business Sensitivity

1. Business sensitivity of the question - think of what cause people ask the question, and handle the what.,

(what people appreciated, what people may complaint, what if missing will not complaint, what make people thinking value increased)

Data Science

1. DS - (KYC, search recommendation - heavy) | (Customer service - troublemaker or not) | (Games - improve game players) | (understand the business)

Growing

1. growing - new functions are created - roles, works, task are created 

2. Changes - keep evolving - for the purpose of having teams that have clear business target 

    structure makes sense several years ago,  does not make sense now
