给大家创造价值，也给自己创造价值 （这个太宽泛）

Flytime - 在项目管理上给中小企业创造价值

价值观 - 实事求是的创业

聆听痛苦（视频也是产品），fix budget per MVP before verified (500)，not reinvent the wheel, doing something complement, 侦测对象，数据驱动，天花板高， 简化模式（复杂会降低成功几率），高频迭代试错。说人话，说故事，联系大家。不管做什么，寻找乐趣，have fun)

Youtube/tiktok/douyin (3 day in a week to preschedule all release)

douyin - write a script and say it - with direct face

tiktok - website (direct introduce) - with changed face

youtube - mimic other popular video first (data-driven with competitor analysis)

blog - sync with what you have on youtube

social media - Sync with what you have on youtube/blog etc.
