第0,1做的不是特别好，导致2,3没有被trigger
execution的话，依照kpi进行，因为想完美，所以做的不好。
metric 也没被trigger
0. real problem
1. 不用等到完美，有mvp就直接launch (timeboxed development)
2. Talk to customer
3. Iterate fast
4. Focus on execution (set aggressive goal and attain them) (goal first then plan)
5. metric - revenue
