商业上的盲区

1. 顾客第一,商业模式第二,不要倒过来了, 比如1. free for search, 2. charge for to figma, 这个free还不一定有人用, 用的都是for

2. 顾客会比较什么?这个2,别人会和webflow 这种template quality 作比较,做得比他们好就有机会。

3, Free-> paid,有

  1. Slack: Slack initially offered a free version of their team collaboration platform. However, as they grew and expanded their features and functionality, they introduced paid plans to support their operations and provide additional benefits to users.

  2. Dropbox: Dropbox started as a free cloud storage service, but as they evolved, they introduced paid plans with larger storage capacities, advanced collaboration features, and enhanced security options.

  3. Mailchimp: Mailchimp began as a free email marketing service for small businesses. Over time, they introduced paid plans that provided more advanced marketing automation features, customer segmentation, and increased email volume for larger businesses.

  4. Evernote: Evernote, a note-taking and productivity platform, started with a free model. As they developed premium features like offline access, increased storage limits, and advanced search functionality, they introduced a paid subscription option.

  5. GitHub: GitHub, a platform for software developers to collaborate on projects, offers free public repositories. However, they charge for private repositories, additional storage, and advanced collaboration tools for teams.
