Mentor
- 我觉得过去的经验就是最好的Mentor, 另外对行业了解的人也是好的Mentor
- 不需要两个人一起开发,那个人一定要在一个地方比我强
Identify your target audience: Who are you trying to reach? What are their needs and pain points?
Define your product or service: What is it that you are offering? What makes it unique?
Analyze your competition: What are other companies offering in your space? How does your product or service compare?
Identify your unique selling proposition (USP): What sets your product or service apart from the competition? What benefits does it offer that others don't?
Craft your UVP: Based on your USP and target audience, craft a clear and concise statement that highlights the benefits of your product or service.
