 - High Priority Item

 - Company Item

 - Sleep (30 minutes)

(sop for sleep, reduce 1hour)

下午 

  - Company Item

  - Startup Item (if possible)

  - Pending Item (5:30-6:00)

  - Exercise (30 minutes)

(faster exercise, reduce 30 minutes)

(segmentation, reduce hours +)

晚上

   - Startup Item  (8:00-11:00) (at least 3 hours)

   - Pending Item (11:00-11:30)
