Session Chair

这次做了一个Session Chair,。在session 之前， 要和session present的人联系，知道他们是谁，名字怎么念，那所学校，到时好介绍。事前看下paper准备了一些问题，不过有时候主讲者有时候会把一些问题在talk里回答掉，所以专心听talk是有必要的。

Good Afternoon, welcome to the last session today, which is the PhD short paper session  2. There is five talks in the conference. The first talks will be topicA, which is presented by speakerA from universityA. Let's welcome our first speaker.

演讲完之后一般就
Any question? 没人问问题就自己补点，只是要注意问问题的时候要清楚，因为别人也要听懂你的问题。确定没有问题，就让另一个人上来，再介绍。还有就是要注意时间，一般如果没时间，就不让问了。有时候speaker超过时间也要提示下。发现这次conference有人临时做了张timeout的纸条给session chair，因为有个speaker超过时间太多了，这个挺有意思的。

当然这些只是很general的outline。 一般conference大家都不会太在意session chair 的，所以只要按照这样的步骤，大概就可以了。
