面试

 现在没事干想想可以搞点面试什么的，有几种可能性

1. DS 

2. Lead

当然后者的路会比较宽 - 准备的东西也不一样。

除了对技术的了解准备，还有对团队管控的了解准备。

技术

1. Cloud

   a. Try it at least once to know the capabilities

2. DS

   a. Typical DS theory - basic and advance answer

3. Algo

   a. hardworking preparation

团队

1. Cases Done

    a. Related to job (like data pipeline)

    b. Must emphasize strength that fit the job needs with story (like good communication)

    c. The conclusion must be result oriented

2. PM skill

    - Use the sample answer, concretize with exact answer

    - Use mostly IBM, and other as assistant

    - Listen to yourself, iterate the answer
