1. I am thinking probably we should make it shorter, as I can see most of the property agent in canada is impatient, we can try cut short the sales pitch, make it very concise to 8 mins with remaining time FAQ (or more depends on the customer). This could improve cold call success rate (15 mins call).

2. Maybe we just list out applications and ask them the challenges later - don't make some presumption risk misalign.

3. The keything is to build trust and rapport and show case we are able to solve their problem. May some demo would help.
